Pidgeotto and Pidgeot I always find in Marston Heights Wadsworth and 285 in littleton Co. it is the neighborhood behind Southern green gables church. 11pm
Pikachu and Spearow are at random areas morning and night in Littleton/Lakewood Co Along Wadsworth between Quincy and 6th Avenue. I mostly find them after 8pm
Charmander In Littleton Denver Border in Colorado On Wadsworth a Block south of Quincy right behind the Costco around 10 pm

Here are a list of Pokemon I’ve come across in inner city Kansas City, Missouri.
Others that are very common (I can catch multitudes of them daily): Rattata, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Spearow, Weedle, Zubat, Eevee.
Less Common: Clefairy, Bulbasaur (for some reason they are everywhere!), Poliwag, Venonat, Bellsprout, Magikarp, Caterpie, Nidoran Male, Nidoran Female
Rare: Vulpix, Gastly, Pinsir, Fearow, Nidorina, Krabby, Ekans, Goldeen, Jigglypuff
Very Rare: Psyduck, Horsea
I’ve seen Squirtle, never been close enough to capture it, and no Charmander!

In addition to the guarenteed pokemon each area will have a set number of pre-determined pokemon, 7 uncommon, 3 rare, and 1 super rare.
This list is by no means accurate or complete but hopefully the community will help rejigger this data into actual helpful information.

Eevees are not rare in Washington, DC.
Zubats can be caught in the day.
The list should focus on more common Pokemon in certain cities, like Doduos in Washington, DC. Fair number of Pincer and Tauros, too.

I had the shadow Charmeleon show up in my tracker. I was never able to find him as the tracker wasn’t work at the time. A few days later I saw it again not far from the first place. I was right on the outskirts of the Denver metro area in the Parker/Aurora area. I need some help out here to find him. Come on Colorado let’s find him, but only if your team Mystic.
